LUKE Jephcott’s positional work with Plymouth boss Ryan Lowe is paying off.
The 21-year-old striker has been learning off Lowe and had scored five goals in 13 matches heading into yesterday’s game at Oxford.
Jephcott said: “Before the gaffer came in I didn’t have much training on learning where to be, but with him being a striker, he has worked with all of us on our movement and making sure we are in the right places.
“The service from team-mates is also pretty important.”
