WHISPER it quietly, but we’ve had an encouraging start to the season at Hartlepool United.
We’ve got to be slightly cautious because three of our first four League Two games were at home – but if we win most of our home games this season then we’ll be okay.
It’s been a tough summer to get ready for it. Our promotion from the National League wasn’t until June 20. That gave us little time to prepare for the season ahead back in the EFL.
