YOU can never tell for sure whether a new manager is going to be a success or not in the long run, but Rob Edwards, right, certainly seems to have something about him.
Listening to the Forest Green Rovers boss answering questions from various members of the press in a Zoom call on Thursday, he came across very well.
The former Wolves, Blackpool and Wales defender appears to be a down-to-earth character with a positive approach.
His attention to detail has been highlighted by his players and Rovers have made a fine start to the season.
