TJAY de Barr has become the first Wycombe Wanderers player to score in a World Cup qualifier.
The 21-year-old was on target from the spot in Gibraltar’s 3-1 qualifying defeat to Latvia, his third international goal.
The forward made a sensational debut for Wycombe a week earlier, coming off the bench to score a Carabao Cup equaliser against Stevenage in injury-time and then scoring the decisive penalty in the subsequent shoot-out.
