TISDALE LIFTS LID ON EXIT…

PAUL Tisdale has said his sacking does not diminish his longstanding support for Bristol Rovers.
The 48-year-old was dismissed after just 12 weeks in charge.
A statement from Tisdale read: “It is with deep sadness that I have departed BRFC.
“I joined as a 10-year-old and can now say I had the privilege to manage the club I supported.
“It became clear that differences of opinion at the balance of the squad and how we should move forward meant that working together would have become frustrating.”
