IT WAS bizarre to see Darren Drysdale square up to Ipswich midfielder Alan Judge.
The incident happened in the midweek game against Northampton when Drysdale, right, turned down a 90th-minute penalty appeal. Judge argued, the pair clashed and Drysdale stuck his head in.
Obviously, it shouldn’t be happening. In that situation, the referee’s job is to slow you down on the approach.
If you’re striding up, waving your fists about and shouting, that’s a bookable offence. So get the yellow car...
