Our game can provide ray of light
WELL, 2021 hasn’t exactly got off to the start that most of us hoped it would.
With coronavirus cases going through the roof and the death toll hitting more than 1,000 a day, it has been a bleak opening to the New Year. It has also, of course, forced Prime Minster Boris Johnson to impose a new national lockdown to try to get a grip on things.
Amid all this, football plays on and, understandably, some have questioned whether this should be the case.
