Bowery’s blitz ends Stags’ long home wait

NIGEL Clough hailed his Mansfied side’s drubbing of tenmen Port Vale as the perfect start to 2021 as the Stags finally chalked up a first home League win of the season. A first-minute opener by Ollie Clarke and a Jordan Bowery hat-trick eased them to the first back-to-back league wins for almost 15 months and a first home league win since February 15 last year.
