SHREWSBURY turned the tables as they secured an unexpected victory at leaders Hull thanks to Charlie Daniels’ first-half goal.

He was the match-winner after seizing on Daniel Udoh’s threaded pass into the penalty area, earning the visitors a first victory in 11 league games.
Town were excellent value for their half-time lead and could even have gone ahead 11 minutes earlier when Oliver Norburn’s deflected drive from distance skimmed the left-hand post.
