GOALKEEPER Marek Stech believes the experience of James Perch has been invaluable to Mansfield.
Veteran defender Perch, 35, joined the Stags this summer after leaving Scunthorpe, but only made his first League Two appearance for the club in October.
He has played for Newcastle in the Premier League and Nottingham Forest, Wigan and QPR in the Championship, and Stech believes that experience has shown.
“He talks on the pitch and is very demanding,” Stech said. “He drives us and we communicate together, which is really important.”
