Cup could be a lifeline for our clubs
IN THE normal scheme of things, the FA Cup is an important competition for lower league clubs – it could be even more important this time around. With the Premier League and EFL seemingly unable, or unwilling, to come to an agreement over a bailout for the latter and the Government showing about as much enthusiasm to get involved as Donald Trump in accepting an election defeat, League One and Two clubs have been left in the lurch.
