BARROW might have gone into this weekend still waiting for their fi rst Football League win since 1972 but a tough start to the season has, at least, thrown up a surprise new goal threat.
Midfielder Mike Jones only managed one league goal in four seasons and 133 appearances for Carlisle before his summer switch to Holker Street.
