WINGING IT: Albert Adomah has bags of experience

ALBERT Adomah could not hide the “amazing” feeling after signing for QPR – the club he supported as a boy – and has his sights set firmly on promotion.
The 32-year-old signed a two-year deal as a free agent after leaving Nottingham Forest last week.
Adomah has also had spells with Barnet, Bristol City, Middlesbrough, Aston Villa and Cardiff City, scoring 82 goals in 519 league appearances.
