IT’S all change for Tom Eastman at Colchester this season – a new boss, a new centre-back partner… and, hopefully, promotion to League One.
Since relegation from the third tier in 2016, Colchester have become League Two’s nearly men, twice finishing one place outside the play-offs before losing to Exeter after extra-time in the semifinals last term.
