MAYER TO ADD ‘FLAIR’ TO TIGERS

LEAGUE ONE
THOMAS MAYER will “add some real flair and excitement” to the Hull team, according to boss Grant McCann.
The 25-year-old, who scored six goals for SC Austria Lustenau in the country’s second tier last season, joined the Tigers on a two-year deal this week.
McCann had indicated his desire to bring in another striker, and Mayer’s arrival was described as a “no-brainer”.
