COUNTY GROUND CHANCE FOR FANS

SWINDON Town are having a brilliant season on the pitch – and now fans are being given the chance to own part of the club’s County Ground.
Both the football club and the supporters’ group have united to form a joint venture company which will own the freehold of the stadium when contracts are formally exchanged with Swindon Borough Council – the current owner of the ground – in the next few weeks.
The stadium will be leased back to the football club via a 250-year lease.
