PHILLIP Cocu says teenagers Jason Knight and Morgan Whittaker deserved new long-term contracts with the club for the progress they have made this season.
Midfielder Knight, 18, and forward Whittaker, 19, who have both made their first-team debuts this season, put pen to paper on new deals to keep them at Derby until the summer of 2023.
Derby boss Cocu said: “We’re delighted that Jason and Morgan have committed their longterm futures to Derby.”
