MAYNARD IN PLEA TO HOME FANS

NICKY Maynard has urged Mansfield’s fans to get behind the players at the One Call Stadium and help the team move up the table.
The Stags, one of the favourites for promotion at the start of the season, sat 14th prior to their trip to leaders Swindon.
Striker Maynard, 32, said: “We play with a bit more freedom away from home. I think some of the players get a little bit disheartened if they misplace a pass at home. But we’re all in it together and need to stick together.
