LUKE O’NEILL has been “itching to be back out there” after a spell on the sidelines. AFC Wimbledon’s 28-year-old right-back was out for a month with a calf injury.
O’Neill is now back in action and supplied an assist for Joe Pigott in the Dons’ FA Cup clash against Doncaster. “I’m happy to keep chipping away and help the team as much as I can,” he said. “It’s been frustrating.
