SOME doubted whether Huddersfield boss Danny Cowley would thrive in the second tier – the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for October proves otherwise.
The Terriers were in the doldrums when Cowley, and brother and assistant Nicky, took the reins in September, but 11 points from five unbeaten games in October lifted the mood and saw them climb out of the relegation zone.
