GARRY Monk has promised a “clean slate” to the Sheffield Wednesday squad ahead of his first match in charge - which must come as a relief to outcast Jordan Rhodes.
Signed from Middlesbrough for £10m in July 2017, the 29-year-old striker has scored just eight goals in 51 appearances and last season endured a fruitless loan spell at Norwich City.
