THE moron in the stand at Huddersfield who hurled abuse at owner Phil Hodgkinson last weekend should be ashamed of himself.
Yes, football can inflame passions. He’d probably had a drink and was understandably upset at the ineptitude on show in a meek 2-0 beating by Reading.
But get real. Hodgkinson, a lifelong fan of the Terriers, wrote off £2m of his own money to take over from Dean Hoyle in July. He’s barely had time to find his office, let alone “destroy” the club.
