MACCLESFIELD caretaker-manager Danny Whitaker was elated after his side snatched a lastminute victory over Northampton.
Whitaker has taken the reins on a temporary basis after Sol Campbell left in the week and his tenure began in dramatic style at Sixfields.
Ben Stephens’ goal put the visitors into the lead at half-time, before Jordan Turnbull equalised in the second half, but Theo Archibald struck in the final minute to grab all three points.
