LEIGH Pomlett believes “an exciting new chapter” beckons for Walsall after he was confirmed as the club’s new majority shareholder and chairman.
Pomlett, who has acquired 76 per cent of the club’s shares, replaces Jeff Bonser who brings to an end his 28-year stint as chairman. Brother Robert Bonser has resigned as a director.
