KAIYNE Woolery has backed Swindon boss Richie Wellens’ no-nonsense approach to management.
The striker believes the manager has played a huge part in catapulting his side up the table to within striking distance of the play-off spots.
Since replacing Phil Brown at the County Ground in November, Wellens has masterminded victories over promotion-chasers such as Bury, Forest Green, MK Dons and Tranmere. And Woolery, 24, puts the success down to Wellens’ straight-talking nature on the training ground.
