JOSE GOMES praised the bravery of Nelson Oliveira after the Portuguese striker marked his return from serious facial injuries by scoring Reading’s winner against Blackburn in midweek.
Rovers’ Amari’i Bell had cancelled out John Swift’s opener in the 82nd minute, but Oliveira pounced four minutes later.
That earned the Royals only their second win in 16 Championship games and moved them out of the relegation zone ahead of yesterday’s trip to Sheffield United.
