THE loss of Premier League parachute payments contributed to Wigan losing £7.7million in the last financial year, according to chief executive Jonathan Jackson.
The losses came despite the club winning the League One title and reaching the FA Cup quarter-finals.
The Latics stopped receiving Premier League parachute payments for their 2017-18 promotion- winning campaign.
