AFC WIMBLEDON’S new forward Michael Folivi lifted the lid on what was a chaotic transfer deadline day after he eventually made the move to Kingsmeadow.
The 20-year-old was one of a pair of last-minute recruits for the Dons, with 21-year-old defender Shane McLoughlin joining on a free from Ipswich.
And Folivi, who joins on loan from Watford until the end of the season, didn’t know where he would end up before Dons boss Wally Downes managed to pin him down.
“It was transfer deadline day, so I didn’t know what to expect, really”, he said.
