UNLUCKY DOIDGE DESERVES A FEW BREAKS IN FRONT OF GOAL

IT WAS good to see Christian Doidge back amongst the goals on Tuesday night.
His double in Forest Green’s 3-0 win over Grimsby has propelled Mark Cooper’s men right back into the play-off picture.
It can’t have been easy for Doidge to get his head straight after his switch to Bolton ended so abruptly. Having earnt his big move to the Championship, I have enormous sympathy with the way it’s played out.
