CARETAKER-BOSS Pete Wild is determined to make the most of his chance in the Oldham Athletic hotseat.
Wild stepped up following the Latics’ decision to axe boss Frankie Bunn in the aftermath of Boxing Day’s 6-0 hammering at Carlisle.
Despite that defeat, it appeared harsh on former Oldham striker Bunn, who took the reins this summer after the Latics’ relegation last term and was reportedly sacked via email.
They were 12th in League Two, seven points off the play-offs, and have an FA Cup third round tie at Premier League Fulh...
