GILLINGHAM gifted Doncaster three goals according to manager Steve Lovell after watching his side slump to a defeat days after upsetting leaders Portsmouth.
The Gills had produced their best performance of the season in turning over Pompey on Boxing Day, but never looked like repeating the trick on a miserable afternoon, and Lovell felt his side were their own worst enemies.
