BUSINESSMAN Steve Dale has become the new owner of Bury.
Dale replaced Stewart Day as chairman, while Matt McCarthy joined the Shakers outfit as a director.
The previous board have all stood down, although Glenn Thomas has been asked to stay on as interim vice-chairman. Karl Evans will remain as chief executive. Dale said: “I’m delighted to have taken over this historic club.
