I’M convinced Notts County are bound for success under owner Alan Hardy. He lives and breathes that club.
And after dismissing Kevin Nolan and Harry Kewell, it was vital he got his next appointment right – I believe he’s done that by appointing former AFC Wimbledon manager Neal Ardley.
This time, it wasn’t about giving another big paycheck to another famous player. It was about getting the right person for the job.
