SCUNTHORPE United winger Ryan Colclough will not play again this season after rupturing a cruciate ligament.
Manager Stuart McCall confirmed the news at a press conference to preview the Portsmouth clash.
The 23-year-old suffered the knee injury during the first half of the 2-1 win at Bristol Rovers.
McCall said: “It’s a massive blow for himself and us because he had started the season really well.
“We all wish Ryan a strong recovery and hopefully he’ll be back stronger and fitter than ever.
