Born: Chorley, 1982 (Age 36)
Playing career: A goalkeeper, Taylor was on the books at Everton and Preston North End as a teenager before starting his career at Non-League Burscough. He made his debut for the club in 2000 and was a regular for three seasons, winning one promotion and the FA Trophy in 2003.
