EFL chiefs must be on their guard Dean’s mission

WHEN the Premier League was formed back in 1992, it was largely because the top-flight clubs wanted a greater share of television revenues. Ultimately, they broke away and have gone on to reap massive financial dividends as television has shelled out billions for live coverage.
