Connor Ripley – The Accrington Stanley goalkeeper talks us through his football memories

First match?
My first match was when my dad (Stuart Ripley) won the Premier League with Blackburn in 1995. I know I was at the game when they won the league against Liverpool. I can’t remember it – I’d only have been two! – but I know I was there. My boyhood team was Middlesbrough but my older brother supports Blackburn because we used to live there. I’m pretty sure my dad had a great day and a great couple of weeks after it!
