COV ARE STUNNED AS MAX SUFFERS SETBACK

COVENTRY have been dealt a ‘devastating blow’ after confirmation they will be without star striker Maxime Biamou for the majority of the season.
After the loss of last term’s top scorer Marc McNulty, 25, to Reading, the French striker was set fair for a stretch as the Sky Blues’ leading man in front of goal in League One.
But an horrific tear to his anterior cruciate ligament, picked up early on in the 2-0 defeat to Blackpool last week, will need surgery and a lengthy absence to follow.
