NORTHAMPTON defender David Buchanan has praised the change in mentality brought about by caretaker manager Dean Austin since his arrival at Sixfields.
Austin faces an uphill struggle to keep the Cobblers in the division after he was placed in charge just over two weeks ago following the sacking of Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
Buchanan, 31, said: “All Dean talks about is being positive and how we can help each other and stick together.
“We haven’t got much time and, since the change of manager, he has had a really positive impact.”
