FISHER’S KEEN TO REEL IN LEADERS

HE missed the last two games through suspension, but returning Preston defender Darnell Fisher intends to show his worth. The 23-year-old defender, who started life at Farnborough before earning a pro contract with Celtic, served an untimely suspension after picking up ten yellow cards.
With Preston firmly in the promotion shake-up and pushing for a play-off place, Darnell admitted it has been painful watching his team-mates in action in recent weeks.
