AMBITIOUS: Dean Smith

BRENTFORD manager Dean Smith expressed his delighted at signing an extended deal – and immediately set his sights on the Premier League.
Smith and his assistants Richard O’Kelly and Thomas Frank have all agreed to stay with the Bees for an additional year, until the end of the 2019-20 season.
The Griffin Park outfit have overcome a slow start to the season to put themselves in with a shout of the play-offs.
