UNLUCKY DAVID TO MISS OUT

DAVID McGoldrick is likely to miss the rest of Ipswich’s season after suffering a groin injury in training, according to Tractor Boys boss Mick McCarthy.
The 30-year-old striker, a Republic of Ireland international, is out of contract in the summer but has an option for an automatic extension and has scored four Championship goals this season.
“He’s damaged the tendon in his groin,” said McCarthy, who himself is also out of contract this summer.
