CALLUM Johnson insists he jumped at the chance to join Accrington Stanley after finally agreeing a permanent deal.
The 21-year-old midfielder went to Stanley on loan from Championship side Middlesbrough in August and impressed in 13 appearances – leading manager John Coleman to explore a permanent deal. And the two clubs eventually tied up the move on Friday, with Johnson joining for an undisclosed fee.
