SAM Lavelle feels hard
The 21-year-old defender unsuccessfully appealed the charge for successful deception of a match official in Morecambe’s 1-1 draw with Carlisle last weekend.
Lavelle went down following a challenge from United goalkeeper Jack Bonham. It won his side a penalty, only for Adam Campbell to rattle the crossbar.
The former Bolton youngster’s appeal was dismissed and the defender believes the verdict was harsh.
