LUKE Thomas’ phone hasn’t stopped ringing since making his Derby debut in midweek.
But, with Gary Rowett’s faith in the teenager being firmly rewarded, there’s a sense more is to come for the midfielder.
Thomas was a Gloucester City loanee as recently as last season but Championship football is now warranting the 18-yearold’s attention.
That’s if he can brush off his tactical faux pas after coming on for Tom Lawrence in the 89th minute of the 2-0 win over QPR. The teenager headed to the wrong wing.
