THERE’S little mincing of words in the Colchester dressing room and that’s just the way Kane Vincent- Young likes it.
The 21-year-old full-back says he and his teammates aren’t scared to air their grievances with each other behind closed door and the U’s man hopes that is the best recipe for success.
“It’s an open dressing room and if something’s not right, you have to speak up and say,” said Vincent- Young. “It’s nothing personal but we all want to get results.
