JORDAN Cranston has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a torn hamstring.
The 24-year-old was injured on his 24th birthday in Cheltenham’s draw with Luton just over a week ago and the full-back is set to go under the knife next week.
Robins boss Gary Johnson said: “I’m absolutely gutted for Jordan. He’s had a super start to the season and was an important part of our squad.
“We wish him well with his surgery and we will make sure he has the best possible care and rehabilitation, so he can come back stronger from this setback.”
