ON-LOAN Newport striker Shawn McCoulsky insists he is happy being a supersub, despite being the Exiles’ top-scorer.
Before the weekend, McCoulsky had notched seven goals in 11 appearances for Newport, but had started just one game in the league at Rodney Parade.
The 20-year-old, on-loan from Bristol City, said: “As long as I’m impacting the game off the bench, I’m not really bothered if he’s (manager Michael Flynn) going to start me or put me on the bench.”
