Born: Chesham, Bucks, 1985 (Age 32)
An artistic gymnast as a teenager, Eames won medals at the British Championships before turning his back on the sport aged 21. He then took a degree in sports science and coaching at Leeds Met University before working in community and academy roles at Leeds United.
