JIMMY Floyd Hasselbaink has already shown he is the best man to lead Northampton, according to wing-back George Smith.
The Dutchman has made an immediate impact at the Cobblers, winning his first two games in charge by seeing off Doncaster 1-0 last weekend and Portsmouth 3-1 on Tuesday before yesterday’s clash with Southend.
And Smith, frozen out under previous boss Justin Edinburgh, insists the atmosphere has completely changed at the club since former QPR manager Hasselbaink arrived.
